How Our Process Works

Retaining our service for a guest or employee is as simple as the click of a button.

Concierges can visit care.doctorstoyou.com and simply select “Concierge” to send a request for services to our care team, no matter the time of day or night. Within minutes, a provider will contact the concierge at the number provided for more details and to provide an ETA. 

On arrival, we’ll touch base with the concierge before heading to the room to provide services. That’s it!
